I went to four of the North America tour dates... San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and NYC... one of the best trips of my life. Got to see friends at every stop and enjoyed the company of fellow Kylie fans... the energy at every show was OFF the charts!! Thank you Miss M. Looooved it!!
I practically couldn't breathe when she started singing and descending onto the stage -- AMAZING show!!! Thanks so much for posting it gave me chills all over again! And I totally agree with DBejar79, clearly you're not really a Kylie fan if you think you were robbed by this performance -- she did the US tour for the fans; the touring costs were ridiculous so it clearly wasn't for money. If you didn't like it maybe you should've just stayed home and watched a DVD of the X Tour?
dbejar79 is right... She (Kylie) has commented on a couple interviews that doing a tour in N America was never plausible mainly for financial reasons. She has also made clear that even with the success of these tour, financially, again, it wasnt posible. She did for us, the fans :)
Just to set the record straight. The "I feel love" version of this song which, if you're not old/informed enough to know was a Donna Summer hit...was from Kylie's 2002 tour. Have an informed day!
C-? I'm sorry but Kylie never performs less than an A+. She respects her fans far too much to give anything less. Kylie had to cancel a show which she had alrady begun when she was in Manchester during her Homecoming Tour (watch White Diamond documentary) and she was DEVASTATED for the fans who were missing out. Kylie has yet to let her fans down. Kylie is the real deal and is one of the very few pop icons who have aged gracefully in the business.
im suprised that as the critic you call yourself, you don't get some of the important points on a tour. Size, she is playing in tiny theaters not Arenas like outside the US. Second budget, she went beyond a small show cost and i am pretty sure with all she had to pay for venues and crew and stage there has no been profit because show was huge for its size plus it was clear from day 1 she was getting the best of her previous tours and she did. and you call your self a critic..and a fan? A
It's hard to guess exactly what you meant by your two words BUT I"m going to assume you were not too impressed by something here, perhaps KM's performance.
You're absolutely right, floydian3973! I love Kylie but this is almost the same tune from Confession Tour! Well, I guess it's not important what music they used but what they did with it. I think this is a nice re-interpretation!

OMG! Kylie is releasing " For You, For Me " as a live album download on the 14th December!!!
@floydian3973 For the record, Kylie came out with "Light Years" YEARS before Madonna's "Future Lovers".
water pouring out of my eyes . . .
