    So that's what the touchpad models are. we had Ademco 6128s when our house was purchased, and now we have 6150ADTs

      Creeperboy I wish people wouldn’t go through the trouble replacing the keypads when they work great on newer panels (as seen in this video).

    • @Creeperboy099
      @Creeperboy099 Před 6 lety

      FireAlarm9200 Actually only the downstairs panel was replaced, there is still a 6128 up in our master bedroom

    • @FireAlarm9200
      @FireAlarm9200  Před 6 lety

      Creeperboy Are they 6128ADT’s or are they just 6128’s?

    • @Creeperboy099
      @Creeperboy099 Před 6 lety

      FireAlarm9200 it is an ADT
      also quick question, can burglar alarm system components be used in a fire alarm system or vice-versa?

    • @FireAlarm9200
      @FireAlarm9200  Před 6 lety

      Creeperboy Well, it depends. Ademco did actually make commercial fire Vista panels and those keypads will work on them if addressed correctly. Manual pullstations will work pretty much on all wired fire and security panels. As for notification appliances. It depends on what it is. Like pullstations, most will work too. Pullstations need to wired to and programmed as a fire zone. Signals need to hooked to the bell/siren output.

    can someone define Night Stay for me?

    • @CrowJamz
      @CrowJamz Před 3 lety

      motion detectors bypassed, and when opening a door it's set on instant and gets set off

    • @SBLN_games
      @SBLN_games Před 2 lety

      Night stay is most used when you know, like going to bed. This will arm some of your motion detectors that are set to arm night mode only. Doors are instant, because you're going to sleep, so if any motions or doors trip it will instantly set an alarm compared to stay, it gives the countdown to disarm, motions do nothing in stay mode.
