likely another great masterpiece of Netflix with a extraordinary cast, a so original plot, lots of fun, and more, a colorful ride of fun for all the family (mainly in Australia too, XD), this should have a sequel because one wants see more of those little wild gang once more, HA HA HA.
It's honestly so cool how much the graphics and visuals are improving with each new movie.
And the animals resemble more and more to gummies

Not all snakes, thorny lizards, spiders, and scorpions are evil, whether in real life or fiction. Maddie, Zoe, Frank, and Nigel are great examples of the respectively mentioned animals.

Wait, it can work more if they look more realistic, but here - they all looks cute, even too cute (colours, round eyes etc). So I don't think that people will like the real ones and still find them scary or ugly irl
I really like snakes they look cool but they do look a bit uhh scary when they yawn but still cool
Some more fun irony about koalas and even pandas too are that they literally evolved to their detriment. Eucalyptus leaves and bamboo aren't even close to the nutrition that koalas and pandas need, and in both cases their digestive systems just can't properly process the plants. Despite being cute and preferable to snakes or horned lizards, they're the dumbest and laziest animals you'll ever meet.
Thank you Netflix for giving Tim Minchin an another chance for an Australian animated movie! This looks really good and I adore the breakout group. I know most people miss Larrikins and Tim was upset of the changes from Dreamworks but be happy that Tim Minchin is back at it.

I'd say that this looks like an American film about Australia, like that Blinky Bill movie a few years back, but nope. The writer-Director is an Australian.

@@UnicornFairy42 I found out about that when kinda spoiling myself watching videos of various scenes for Back to the Outback. I was very surprised when finding out that the crocodile is a female and the song, "Beautiful Ugly" was very sweet. I should watch the full movie at some point.
I saw the picture of the adorable snake and thought, meh this deserves a watch for that alone. Turns out, it was a rare treasure to enjoy! I loved the characters, especially the cute blue snake, Maddie! X3

I’m from New Zealand, and though this movie isn’t about that, I really love Australia, I love visiting the country during the holidays, mostly to the Gold Coast. My last trip to Australia was in 2019 before covid hit and I went to Sydney, and my god the aquarium and the Taronga zoo are so amazing!! There even cooler than the ones in Auckland ( sorry Nz, I still like visiting them though), I do love my home, but Australia is like my Disneyland, the fun, the adventures, the sightseeing and the culture and native things about it. Since I can’t travel anymore, I’m super stoked about this!!! Also it’s an animation movie and I love those! Ka pie (well done) to the people who made this movie and I can’t wait to watch it! And to you Aussies out there, I can’t wait to travel back to Australia as soon as possible!

Oh this is going to be one of my favorite animated movies for this year.
Our teacher put this film in class, and most of our classmates said it was for little kids, but me and the girls really liked this:(we watched the full)
This is so amazing! I love the message that what humans think are “evil” arent, not because they are innocent, but you cant define it. And if it can its usually “if something hurt me it bad”
What kind of bothers me tho is that the “deadly” animals are made super cute and colourful, when in reality they arent? Cute and appealing designs can also still be more realistic, rougher etc. Even for kid movies which this looks like it is? Because you wont make the kids stop being scared of the disturbing, creepy and dangerous looking creatures, olny these living gummy worms that are obviously friends because of their rounded and very simple colours

Was not expecting much from this film at all, in fact I chose it chose in the hopes it would lull me to sleep but I ended up thoroughly enjoying it. Such a sweet film about friendship that had some genuine laugh-out-loud moments. Thanks Netflix, I shall be paying more attention to your animated fare if the quality is as enjoyable as this one.

Apparently the Outback starts in Western Sydney... which makes sense really.
I’m guessing the wild life park is inspired by Taronga zoo which is in Sydney, plus it has a similar design to the wild life park in the trailer. I should know, I’ve been there.

Being ugly is not a thing. Its about kindness and support. Pretty Boy may be mean at first, but at the end, he learnt that caring for his friends are way more important than only caring for himself.👍😃👍

I'm kind of excited for this, especially since some of the people who worked on DreamWorks canceled Australian film larrikins also worked on this project!
What a great movie tho. Not only that it‘s funny, but also message behind it. Animals, whatever they are, were not made to be kept in cages and entertain humans. Hope there will be more movies which will have an impact on next generations to avoid zoo‘s.

When i first see of the movie is: sad, heartwarming, adventure, friendship, and needed a sequel.
This is an Australian version of Madagascar except the zookeepers hunt them down to get them back while in Madagascar they get shipped off.
