Join us for Pathfinder 2e Beginner box Menace Under Otari as a group of Dungeons & Dragons vets try to learn the ropes of Paizo's Pathfinder 2e. Is pathfinder good, is it fun, hard to learn? Find out with us. #pathfinder #ogl

Not sure if you already figured this out since I'm a little late to the party, but Act Together essentially gives you 4 actions per turn; the only restriction is that both the summoner and eidolon have to take at least one action each and they can't both take a 2 action activity.
Loving the content so far and can't wait to see more.
You guys convinced me to run the beginner box for my friends, it's so awesome as a tutorial
Good luck with your game!
How does this channel only have 2K subscribers? You guys are SO entertaining to watch. Not the overproduced critical role type of stuff, just solid and guys having fun together (with enough production value to be watchable :) )
Thank you so much for this
Episode 3!!! Hopefully we dont spend 45 minutes on another puzzle or trap..
Upset I didn't see a notification for the premiere. Excited to watch nonetheless!
Oh bummer!! Next time!!
Howdy y'all
I once had a shower head break of mid shower, the resulting jet stream of hot water shooting directly at me was painful. I imagine this fountain trap would be similar. Maybe worse if the water was ice cold. Poor Pugsly
Yeah that doesn’t sound pleasant at all that’s for sure, and you’re right goodest boy deserves pets instead of jet streams.
I think he might just be an Awakened artichoke
This is my new favourite thing
He is a Rose!!
Haha could be
Rules reminder - Disable device is 2 actions (Edit - per the scenario, does not mention tools being required)
Loved the Barb's actions with the fountain. Fun group to watch!
Ill bring this up to the group. Thank you for the clarification!
@@SwindlersDen No worries, and I did notice that later in the session it was clarified as being 2 actions as well. Looking forward to seeing how they handle the rest of what is to come.
How can we get invited to discord server. I tried and says it’s expired
We’ll get on a new permanent link but until then, try this one: discord.gg/npdrCzUA
@@SwindlersDen sweet oh work yay thanks so much
New link?
I don't know what kind of plant he is... something leafy...
Correcting something I heard at 41:00.
This may be a change with the remastered rules, but this is what the book says about Heroic Recovery:
Heroic Recovery
If you have at least 1 Hero Point (page 467), you can spend all of your remaining Hero Points at the start of your turn or when your dying value would increase in order to return to 1 Hit Point, no matter how close to death you are. You lose the dying condition and become conscious. You do not gain the wounded condition (or increase its value) when you perform a heroic recovery.
You do stand up with 1 HP, conscious, and do not gain the wounded condition. The GM mentioned you gained wounding, which the other guy corrected later, but the guy who corrected the GM was wrong about you standing up.
Again, could just be the remastered rules, but wanted to mention it in case anyone hears that and takes away the wrong info.
You must have one of the oldest printings of the core rulebook then. This was changed with errata to the core rulebook and updated in later printings.
Per paizo’s errata faq on the first Core Rulebook Errata dropdown:
Page 460: Under Heroic Recovery, replace the first sentence with the following to align with other places in the text that discuss spending Hero Points. “If you have at least 1 Hero Point (page 467), you can spend all of your remaining Hero Points at the start of your turn or when your dying value would increase. You lose the dying condition entirely and stabilize with 0 Hit Points. You don’t gain the wounded condition or increase its value from losing the dying condition in this way, but if you already had that condition, you don’t lose it or decrease its value.”
I wasn’t playing pathfinder at the time so I can’t say exactly when this errata took place, but I did find an old reddit post from 4 years ago discussing the announced upcoming change to heroic recovery.
