Ruto is Kenya's biggest problem when come to public coffers pilferage. For instance, the illegal 50 CASs positions comprising of failed politicians and academic midgets, eat Kenyans money as follows:
The CAS salary in Kenya is 459,113. The amount is exclusive of all the other monthly allowances. How much does a CAS earn in Kenya in total? Each cabinet administrative secretary's salary is Ksh 780,000 every month.
-The other CAS allowances include the following: House allowance - Ksh. 165,000 Commuter allowance - Official Salary market adjustment - Ksh. 155, 887:
CAS / Cabinet Administrative Secretary perks and benefits Being a Cabinet Administrative Secretary in Kenya has a few perks and benefits. These include: An official car with an engine capacity exceeding 3,000cc. Driver and security personnel.
Medical cover includes Ksh. 10 million for inpatients and Ksh. 300,000 for outpatient. A car loan of up to Ksh. 18 million. A mortgage of up to Ksh. 35 million. Monthly airtime of Ksh. 20,000. Annual leave allowance of Ksh 50,000.
After exiting their positions, each CAS will be entitled to a service gratuity rate of 31% of the annual pensionable pay for their term. The AG must also be faulted for Allowing Malala, Ndii to Join Cabinet Meetings: "Strangers" Cabinet Administrative Secretary roles
What are the roles of a CAS in Kenya? The specific duties and responsibilities of the Cabinet Administrative Secretaries include: Responding to issues/questions touching on the portfolio assigned to the office. Providing liaison with the National Assembly and Senate. Providing liaison with County Governments on matters of concurrent mandate. Providing inter-ministerial /sectoral coordination. Representing the Cabinet Secretary at any meeting as instructed by the Cabinet Secretary.
Executing any other duties and responsibilities specifically assigned to the office by the Cabinet Secretary in furtherance of the interest of the Ministry. Wrapping up Cabinet Administrative Secretaries were presumably introduced in 2017 to enhance service delivery efficiency in the government. The increase in CAS salary in Kenya has stirred up mixed reactions from the nation amid the hard economic times.CASs remain a dublicity and expressway to Ruto's ever bulging Kaunda pockets.

Overtaxation is largely counter productive, businesses are bound to plummet, citizens start to cut on spending or resort to cheaper options. This will inevitably culminate in a decline in revenue collection, increased unemployment occasioned by collapsing businesses and worsening living standards. The idea of living within our means is untruthful because the regime has been spending extravagantly.
