Surprised the referee didnt even warn the Cornwall's GK for time wasting in the penalty shootout or even call backed the 1st penalty that he saved. He was clearly off the line before the penalty was taken. Even the handball penalty that was given in the 92min shouldn't have been awarding. The hands were at his side. POOR REFEREEING. ITS A DISGRACE
