    您好,想请问买的什么样得防潮翻天?

    • @IrmasCakeTutorials
      @IrmasCakeTutorials  Před 2 lety

      潮濕是不能防止的,若室溫情況下非常潮濕,唯有是開抽濕或空調,但關機後還是會變濕

      Yes, if you want to make gum paste. Sorry for the late reply. I did not receive CZcams notification, I just found out I have missed out a lot of comment and I did not reply.

      Can you please provide exact measurements of the cake? Is it 6"×2" and 8"×4"?

    wont the fondant start sweating once i take the pieces out of the freezer?

    • @IrmasCakeTutorials
      @IrmasCakeTutorials  Před 5 lety

      Once they are out the freezer, at that time, they are usually not sweating straight away. During this time, we have to put them on the ball as soon as possible. After a while, they do become a little bit moist on the surface, but it is not overly sweaty, because they are just in the freezer for 10 mins. They dry quite quickly after awhile .
      However, this is just my way of doing it, I found it is easier to attach them on the ball if the pieces are a bit harder, so I put them into freezer for only 10 mins to slightly harden them, but it is not a compulsory step.
