Tbh that weapon Oro used is in my opinion the most balanced weapon in the game, perfect amount of damage with its attack speed and the buff is rewarding when pulled off correctly.
So FUGS was nerfed into the floorboards, but the Sword Spear which is basically a FUGS on a pole that attacks even faster and has a spear thrust attack is left completely untouched. GG FromSoft.

I'm really interesting to see how this turns out. Dueling is territory which has already been covered very extensively by other uploaders. I have the feeling ol' Oro's gonna add something new, but I'm stuck as to what that will be. Also Oro, you should probably take off the Hornet Ring for dueling. While it's a necessity for invasions, in dueling it's more of a dick move. Instant death is pretty harsh for one parry, and not using it distances you from players that just use it as a crutch.
Anybody got predictions for the arsenal? Sellsword blades and swordspear are relatively likely, and I wouldn't be surprised to see the falchion return. What do you guys think? Let's place our bets! I have one other guess too- the drang maracas !

Dear Oroboro: I am about to buy DKS III but I don't know which class to pick, I have played every game to date but I really want to focus on fire spells (pyromancies) only, as fire is my favorite magic type in the series, please tell me which origin or starting class I should pick for the optimized starting stats, and I know I could pick pyromancer, but I am not sure if that truly is the best starting class and I REALLY don't want to mess this up. ANy advice from anyone is helpful and appreciated.
I love seeing these people who typically only do invasions putting themselves in an environment where all the people they fight are ready for it. It isn't as simple as swooping in and squashing someone who only really does pve. Even just seeing him panic roll and get punished for it (Like at 7:11 ) is fun for me, probably because that's a very easy thing to avoid, and would be considered a beginner mistake to make.

No , in this video Oro use R1 and L2 , but in the last videos Oro use the combo : L2 , R2.
