Thank you so much for letting me feel this. I am trying to find my way and movement into dancing since a couple of months and this is actually the first time I was able to let go a bit more. The words and instructions helped. Also the music was very consistent to connect with my body. Also a big thank you to the dancers who inspired me during this little session. See you soon!

Did a workshop for older dancers at Dance East and so loved it, then found this online. This is fantastic. The freedom of movement and expression is wonderful. I love the principles of elasticity, rhythm and groove, feeling and totality. What a great way to move that is not prescriptive. I think I might have to make this my daily thing. Thank you for putting this out there.

I really appreciate how you explained what you meant by "groove" here, a term that's often used but never really explained in Gaga classes. This was a great warm up to connect my insides to physical exploration!

Thank you, enjoyed this. I have done all of the Hofesh Zoom classes (Im in Melbourne, Australia in hard lockdown) and I have also done Freds workshop in Perth, Australia last year and it was nice to see him again. The dancers are so fluid and effortless..

Thank you so much for this workshop. I love Hofesh style of dancing, but I have always been worried about doing the company's workshops because I simply can't go on the floor - my knees are kaput. Being online felt less threatening and I think Bruno gave very precise guidelines without being too prescriptive. He struck the right balance, my respect. I really let go, and it felt right. In fact, I'm going to try again tomorrow and see how it feels the second time. A big toda, guys xxx

Perfect warming up for my muscles, wich are 24/7 on high tension (chronic disease 😢). It releases a lot of tension and I can free my frustrations etc.
    Just 1 question:
When is the right moment to in-/exhale?
Keep on doing your great work. 😘
