  • hello
    She lived a normal life as a mother of three young daughters, and after her children went to Jeju International School, she became a mother of international students in the United States.
    From now on, I think I will greet you with a video focusing on breakfast menus for middle and high school students for my twin younger daughters.

    * Making kimbap
    Ingredients: pickled radish, cucumber, carrot, paprika, egg, ham for kimbap, rice, seaweed for kimbap
    Salt, pepper, oil, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, sesame oil
    Seasoning for stewed ham: 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce, water, cooking wine, and sugar.
    Salt paste: salt + sesame oil
    1. Rinse pickled radish in water and place in a sieve to remove moisture.
    2. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into pickled radish-thick pieces - pickle in salt for 10 minutes, then rinse and remove moisture.
    3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and beat them - fry them in oil in a pan and cut them into pickled radish-wide pieces.
    4. Slice the carrots - fry them in oil in a pan.
    5. Cut the ham lengthwise into pickled radish-thick slices - Boil (2 tablespoons each of soy sauce, water, cooking wine, and sugar) - Sprinkle sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and sesame oil when finished.
    6. Mix rice with sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
    7. Spread rice widely and thinly on the seaweed - Add fillings (pickled radish, cucumber, carrot, paprika, egg, ham) - Roll it up using seaweed feet.
    8. After generously applying oil sauce (salt + sesame oil) to the kimbap, cut it into bite-sized pieces - sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    ** If you eat kimbap dipped in oil, it becomes more savory and more delicious **
