Hi Dr. Trivedi, this was a super helpful video as a 2nd year starting rotations in 6 months! I was curious about how you organize/curate information in your second brain... 1) Is this something you did during medical school for your rotations and residency? 2) Any advice on how to build a second brain without feeling like your just rewriting information that could be looked up using "UpToDate" or other resources? I've been thinking about creating a database for myself simply because of how much information we have to know, but, also torn on how useful it may be since we can look things up just as quickly most times.

      Glad you found this hlepful!
      1. less so in med school but wish I did!
      2. Would try to limit how much you jot down. Sometimes just add the link of the source and add maybe 3-5 pearls from each thing you're reading/learning from. You'll get better over time.
The more you do it the better the resource will be for you.

What made you use Remnote instead of Notion?

Think it's a bit more versatile than notion for studying purposes
