For the missing spear in1:49
this is because league actually has a bit of elevation,
which effects htiboxes.
There was some yt vid about it, i couldnt find it
when typing this comment, basically when you're 'below'
for example river and the enemy is higher up, you need to aim for the feet
and if you are above (fighting against someone in the river)
then you aim for their head ;)
Edit: but still it shouldn't be that much

At 3:29 it looks like Jankos actually used W correctly (mouse in correct place) but smite turned him around as his W came out which confused the League client to send his W the other direction.
