      @@jusdepoisson No risk? Opponent is chip leader he has much less risk if he folds EVERYTHING till the end. Calling there if he loses makes him nearly middlestack, lowest stack is almost only one double away from that position! Calling there is INSANE.

      @@jjkammela4034You clearly don't understand how sattelites work. NL_profit can basically sitout and wait until the other four knock somebody out. There is no point in risking such a part of his stack, so should fold almost every hand apart from KK and AA. This allows Lex to shove almost any two at this point, so 94 is fine to shove.

    • @johnrupesh4535
      @johnrupesh4535 Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@jjkammela4034 Lol bro. Because NL_profit didn't have to call. His tourney was done. He could just sit out and get the ticket. Why would he risk shoving against 2nd in chips? Doesn't make sense at all from poker's pov. It was a personal chip.

    Did you say you jam into bigger stacks in sat’s are better. As in they have nothing to call for, idk a spot closer into the Sat especially if they have hands like AQo

  • @evanshafer2791
    @evanshafer2791 Před 8 měsíci +4

    The AQ off call was diabolical but tbf I bet it doesn't lose him that much in $ EV cuz even if he loses he's guaranteed a seat. I wonder if you can just fold every hand until you get the seat sitting comfortable 2nd with 4 paid and 5 left

    • @jarirepo1172
      @jarirepo1172 Před 8 měsíci

      Seat is nowhere guaranteed if he loses almost half of stack. All that needs to happen is small stack doubles (and maybe gets 1-2 bbs on top of that) and it's all up in air.

    Anyone else feel like he's still got a lot to learn in sats? He open jams big stacks with junk to steal like 2bb when all he needs to do is be patient, wait for stronger holdings to steal and ease into the money with no risk.

      exactly and then he whines when they call him with better and win lol

    • @jarirepo1172
      @jarirepo1172 Před 8 měsíci +1

      When someone has 7 bb in theory everyone else with those stacks should fold almost everything against 2nd stack, especially biggest stack. The risk / reward ratio is horrible for calling with AQo, if biggest stack loses nearly half and smallest stack doubles, then the previous big stack is at huge risk compared to just folding (almost) everyhing and waiting for middle & small stack to duke it out. If one knows that player tends to call with high cards, sure, then shoving there is bad, but he definitely should not call.

    Hahahahahah why u jam 9-4 suited or what it was when the only guy that covering u is still to act? I guess some solvers told you - but sattelites people never play perfect so it’s a bad play to shove 9-4 there only guy covering u still to act- and a call from the short stacks ( I know unlikely) but still possible is super bad for you too -
