GWR full journey Plymouth to Gunnislake 18/10/2023

Journey on the Tamar Valley line with GWR onboard 150202 (ex Central Trains) as 2G81 1428 Plymouth to Gunnislake calling at Devonport, Dockyard (x), Keyham, St Budeaux Victoria Road, Bere Ferrers, Bere Alston, Calstock and Gunnislake. Dockyard is a request stop where the train only stops if a passenger wishing to alight informs the conductor onboard in good time or a passenger wishing to board gives a clear hand signal to the driver as the train approaches. Both 150202 and 150216 are ex Central Trains (not ex Northern) with uncomfortable 2+3 seating. The only ex Northern Class 150 that GWR has is 150207 (also with 2+3 seating) which has apparently been dead for a while.

You got the 150 that cramps like sardines! I remember taking 207 from exmouth and having a bad time finding space for my knees in the seats, during a heatwave when the whole train smelled like sand and rotting seaweed.
