It's not the guns or the rights Indiana likes to ban people from for life for misdemeanors. Raise your kids properly. Your parenting and role-modeling is bad.
This has NOTHING to do with what you're talking about. Keep your guns somewhere where your children cannot get to them. Simple. I helped in raising my 5 kids(3 different mothers) and when they came to my house every weekend my guns were ALWAYS put up and they all new that if you're caught snooping around, you will get an azz whooping.
The bill needs to specifically say if you have children, or the gun is not on your person. If its not on you it needs to be locked up. Its that simple.
How is this not already a law?! If you leave your guns out where small children can get ahold of them and they kill themselves, then whoever is the owner of that gun should be charged! I cant believe how stupid people are. 🤦♂️
Im gonna guess this happened among our wonderful African American Community ... They add so much cultural enrichment to any neighborhood they embrace ... and of course its a Democrat run area ... well done ... This dont happen in nice neighborhood's i wonder why
I understand both ends of the spectrum Only the person who lives on one side doesn’t understand both Say u live in a shaky neighborhood and some runs in your home you don’t have time to jungle your damn keys and unlock your gun then take on the threat. But ppl are also negligent in this as well but hey idk man
Also what if a kid finds a way to lock pick a safe or access the keys to said safe, lockbox, etc? Then in that case the parents technically did their job by locking it up so something like that could happen as well.
That’s on the parents! The parents should be charged!!
Parents should be held accountable. Gun safety is important to be taught.

@@rickimhotep1236 Wrong. This has nothing to do with guns. and the government has no authority over inalienable rights.
