At least Aokiji has it(1087) and Akainu beat him so he also should have it. Even without CoC Haki Arnament is literally the manifestation of a user's will, so even without Advanced Arnament or Ryuo, they all definitely have great Arnament, just based off Narative(They are Admirals, the TOP of the Marines). It is part of their nervous system which is why inserting foreign chakra like Genjutsu works the way it does. I suspect this might be the reason why Otsutsuki are immune to genjutsu, because chakra is stored/processed differently for them.

Majestic Destroyer Flame alone wipes most of the field unless Aokiji, Akainu, or maybe Sengoku can block it. Garp could probably just tank it outright, and Kizaru’s fast enough to dodge it. I’m guessing it’d also burn Doffy’s strings. Only warlord that is relevant is probably Mihawk if he joins Garp to fight Madara in CQC. Maybe Jimbe as well, though that’s a stretch. Between his limbo clones, wood clones using complete Susanō, and the eventual “What will you do about the second one?” when he drops some meteors on Marinford, the place will be in cinders by the time he’s done. The Marines’ only chance is if Garp and Mihawk can get him into CQC and somehow manage to bind him with Akainu’s help since he can just regenerate any damage if we’re assuming his Edo Tensei form. I’m not counting genjutsu since that needs a chakra network to disturb, so it probably wouldn’t be effective against the Marines and the Warlords.

I think that it would be extremly difficult to beat aokiji and akainu. They dont really have to worry about having water thrown on them. One of them evaporates water, and the other is completely immune to it turning it into ice. On top of that akainu isnt an ice mine, hes a cool man. Hes like a phantom made of extreme cold

@@KSNIPERD let me clear it up. just like theres basic armament and advanced armament and they both work differently, theres basic genjutsu and advanced genjutsu. itachi, who was an advanced genjutsu user, was stated to have genjutsu that was able to insert his chakra into someone else to cause hallucinations. therefore, advanced genjutsu can work on other verses.

Dont forget that sharringan genjutsu doesnt actually even effect the enemies chakra network, we know this because sasuke was able to put manda into a genjutsu, and sage creatures like manda are stated to not actually have chakra.

@naufalhakimi1558 chakra and haki are fundamentally different. Chakra is an energy force, comparable to fuel for an engine. Haki is the ambition to enact/impose your will on the world, if im not mistaken. Madara has that ambition.

Yeah, Genjutsu is likely his last resolve. Most of his arsenal met its counter.
Meteor: Mihawk can slice it into pieces, like in the movie. Or Garp spamming Galaxy Impact. Madara's meteors are the size of the second Raigo.
Susanoo: Seeing Tsunade can break a Susanoo, those infused their attacks with Haki like Mihawk, Jinbei, Doffy can break enough. And most of them can do AOE attacks.
Limbo: If you take Katakuri seeing what happened in Uta Uta world into context, those with strong enough Kenbonshoku can sense Limbos, but it is up for debate.
Soul stealing: needs Madara to touch you to rip your souls out. Doffy can fly, Logias can transform into their devil fruit forms, Kuma can teleport and so on.

Madara's meteors are mountain level at most and even kid version of Mihawk was able to cut entire mountain vertically. Zoro back in Dressrosa was able to cut Pica and in his golem form whose size was much bigger than entire battlefield shinoby alliace fought on, Mihawk here is way above it, Doflamingo was able to create birdcage, which cut down meteors easily and judging by size of birdcage, it can easily counter country size meteors, while Madara's meteor was even smaller.
Elemental jutsus are getting fodderised. Aokiji was able to withstand Akainu for 10 day whose magma was melting steel by presnece alone, Madara's fire has no feats and it won't melt Aokiji's ice,
Susanoo: Firstly, the fact that even fodder like Tsunade was able to break part of susanoo says that even pre timeskip Luffy will vaporize it easily by one punch.
Secondly, if Tsunade was in One Piece verse she would be regular human level fodder, in one piece even non combat characters has higher physical stats than Tsunade, she is weaker than 1st chapter Luffy. There is no a single mountain oneshotted by her, Skypia arc Luffy was able to lift 2000 tons of gold with his one hand, drag it around, lauch himself up in sky and blitz Enel, while Tsunade's biggest feat is just splitting some stones, it's not even funny. And if we count statements as feats, any admiral, any commander starting from 3rd are multicontinental level scaling from Chinjao who could casually split continent whose durability was higher than steel + durability negation from ryuo which would let any admiral one tap susanoo into nothingness.

For Tsunade whose feats are making some cracks you scale countty level, fro Luffy who in G3 form oneshotted Chinjao with G3 and whose G3 was easily blocked by spider web from Doflamingo who used no haki and who additionaly coated his ultimate attack in haki clashing with King Kong Gun which overpowered Doflamingo and lauched his body so hard that it splitted Dressrosa. None of the databooks say anyone in One Piece besides Kizaru is light speed. They can *react* to light speed because of Observation Haki, an ability to see into the future, and that is it.

There’s actually several statements that put the top tiers of One Piece mftl. Was gonna type everything but it’ll be too long. Just know some of the not high tiers have moves that are literally stated to be lightspeed and are slower than anyone in whole cake island (or anyone important).

Many of your facts are wrong or distorted in Madara benefits.
For example, he never was able to dodge a single hit from the kages. For that reason, he had to use susano. The page that you showed when he captured A was because Tsunade distracted him. Also, most of A and Oonoki's combined attacks landed on him and harmed him through susano. He also got trapped by Mei's lava, Gaara' sand. And this last wasn't able to catch a flying birth made by Deidara.
Also, characters have to hit Logia users with Haki to even touch them. Most of the admirals have advanced types of haki.
For example, Aokiji used Kenbunshoku no haki to manipulate the form of his own body to avoid Shirohige's attack. To be able to manipulate some specific part of the body is required to see the future with kenbunshoku. In other words, they have more the enough ways to avoid and counter Madara's attacks.
I'm gonna give you another example.
When Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Kaguya, they were trapped into the ice, and Sasuke needed to use Amaterasu to free themselves from it, I don't think Madara has something to combat that. Or to fight the speed of Kisaru.

It's literally jubidara solos the verse and jubidara is not even top 8 in the verse.
I'm not sure about the last statement, Juubidara may not have the best physical feats but he has some hellish abilities only countered by very specific features (for example, having a rinnegan or having rikudou senjutsu), and still has maybe the most complete jutsu set (if he knows how to free himself from Edo tensei, he theoretically could do it, for example).

Libo doesn't take any damage, you can bind them, but even that is only possible with Rikudou-Chakra and Rikudou no Jutsu. Limbo comes from another dimension, that's why they are called Limbo, sort of like the shadow world in Lord of the Rings. Their actions work like through a dimensional rift, they are there and not there at the same time. Madara hasn't really been seen going all out since he got the Rinnegan either. Madara has always had plot armor and plot convenience against him. Kishimoto didn't let Madara use various abilities in the first place because otherwise the Shinobi Alliance wouldn't even have survived to the Juubi. Of the six or actually seven paths, Madara only used three. And even the paths he used, he didn't even use them completely. Since his resurrection, Madara has only used the Rinnegan six times.

The man’s only plot armor was that he didn’t kill all the weak people. If they don’t take damage they’re out of draw just guess who else doesn’t take damage and if you can’t equate chakra to haki then chakra doesn’t hurt devil fruits because that’s what haki does and they are very different It doesn’t matter how strong somebody is, if they can’t hurt you.

In addition, Nagato's eyes, and therefore Pain's, were ultimately all Madara's eyes. Of course he has the powers. It's obvious that you've never read the Natuto manga.

Maybe it can absorb haki unless he has an ability that negates Keke Gen Kai he’s not negating devil fruits. So in short, you touch them you get hurt you don’t touch them you get hurt you can’t faint them and you can’t trick them because they can sense intent what you are intending to do it’s not an observational power Naruto. In fact, I’d say hockey is life energy. But that hasn’t been confirmed.

I feel like haki could contend with genjutsus. Like madara inserts spiritual energy into man, man pushes out spiritual energy in the form of haki? Maybe the haki would be weakened or not even work completely, but I feel like they wouldn't get caught in it just by using haki.

There was mistakes every now and again on the one piece side but I don't really care about them that much.
The one point I wanna argue is that you underestimated their speed by a ridiculous amount. Saying the admirals who are near the top of the verse are only lightspeed when we've had lightspeed feats done by FAR weaker characters is ridiculous. A fatigued Thriller Bark Zoro was doing backflips and twirling around dozens of lightspeed attacks from Kuma back to back. Zoro at that time was a nobody, not strong whatsoever. And you're saying the admirals are on the same tier as a fatigued Thriller Bark Zoro? That Madara is faster? That genuinely makes no sense. The admirals and any character of even remote relevance is speed blitzing if not perception blitzing Madara.

You can’t use genjutsu if your enemies don’t have chakra genjutsu affects your chakra network so if you don’t have chakra it will not work

Huhu it will be crazy war, thay only admirals can fight him, not only crazy ninjutsu like clone jutsu,
Nigga forgot Kuma, and logia intangibility, and the fact that observation haki can literally allow the admirals to fight with their eyes closed hence avoiding any form of genjutsu(luffy's ob training is literally him dodging attacks with his eyes closed), also forgot the fact that all admirals have ryuo haki which allowed them to block attacks from whiteboards quakes meaning truth seekers won't do much, limbo clones won't do any damage since they'll just be hiting light or ice, multiple tsusano's won't matter, only attacks that would matter are sharingan and core hax reningan abilities (like soul absorption or tengei shinsei and amaterasuu), which haki and their devil fruits can deal with, can Madara rescue ace, yes(with a strategy or limbo clones), is he wining against the admirals, absolutely no fucking way.
This match is a long stalemate. First, the sharingan can't do anything because the admirals don't have charka. Secondly no matter if Madara throws meteors, stab them with the susano'o or blow a mountain range with them. Logia users are inmune to damage(depending on the element) and they can only be hit with Haki. For instance, Enel, the lightning fruit user was considered by Robin to have an invincible fruit.
Having said that....Rinnegan cannot absorb elements, because these are not composed by chakra. It's not like a user of the Rinnegan is gonna throw himself into a volcano and absorb lava, that is not how it works. THE ONLY THING Madara MIGHT do to the admirals is to steal their souls, but he has to do that individually and the proccess can be interrupted or stalled enough (as Naruto did)

The sunny is 55 meters tall, taller than the walls in aot. Now in a panel depicting the inside of onigashima we see a kitsune statue around 4x the height of the sunny, which was scaled to be around 210 meters, meaning things in one piece are massively larger than things in naruto
Not to mention the one piece world has multiple planets in its orbit, meaning its a planet on the larger size, also, dressrosa itself was around the size of the moon that naruto split, since viola could barely see all of dressrosa using her fruit:

what makes marineford think that they stand a chance when even an entire devison composed of 10k men with energy that can use elements and their spesefic elemantel stuff exclusive to them and 5 kage fell to madara so easily without him using 50% of his power and throwing 2 meteors out of the blue without making him tired slightly what makes them think that they stand A SINGLE CHANCE AGAINST GOATDARA.
I think Mihawk would want to fight Madera once he saw how strong he was.
