Steal the same design process I use to create merch designs for streetwear and music legends! In this tutorial I show you the ropes step-by-step to create this 'celestial energy' type design. First we composite and blend the graphic without color, then use different processing effects like bitmapping, halftones, and xerox grain to finalize the design with color.

When I hit play on the blue tint action, it takes me into a PSB and takes me through several different steps. It doesn't then give me the glow afterwards? Would be nice to see these little details explained in tutorials
