P1135 Toyota Tacoma Afr Heater Circuit Fault

This is a walk through of the diagnostic and replacement of the up stream B1S1 (AFR) Air Fuel Ratio sensor on a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 2.7 vin code E. For code P1135 AFR Heater Circuit Fault.
This Diagnostic strategy can be used to aid in other Toyota AFR heater related problems as well.
If you do not have the voltages provided you need to check the fuse for the circuit and other wires by way of the proper diagram for the system.
