Very Good information sir.. Till now I used to watch only one chart either Nifty or Banknifty. Thank you for the guidance please.
Further to add on my comments there was Partial Virgin CPR in Bank Nifty on 27 Dec 2019 so Bank Nifty took Support on 31 Dec, 02 Jan 2019. Also, Virgin CPR of 31 Dec which Bank Nifty entered today and reverted.
Even in Nifty there was Virgin CPR on 31 Dec 2019 however, today it crossed the Virgin CPR but lost the momentum.

Very good content but the problem is how to detect that set up since there are so many instruments. Everything can be analysed after market hour. The trick is to find right scrip with right set up and in right time. More importantly, this trick is of million dollar value with no proper shortcut (except you must have a high end software to track). Otherwise it can be done if anyone focuses on only one or two scrips (maximum) depending on how many monitors he has. Otherwise nothing will work. In this case he may or may not get any opportunity in a given day. Here the role of patience comes into play. More than 95% trader do not have neither adequate trading capital nor any proper equipment. They mostly rely on free stuffs. This is the major reason of their failure. Anyway, God Bless You.

So please help me understand, how do I calculate stop loss points from index to a option contract? Like Banknifty is trading around 34617 and it's going up, So I will buy a 34600 ce of rs. 460. How much should I stop loss and target be?
