It definitely gonna work if you using the same account number on a different phone... They ban the Mobile you are using, not the number.
Or else install WhatsApp on another mobile as primary and link it on your phone.
Note, you'll need to log in on the phone that serves as primary every 14 days to keep it activated on linked one.
