Nice I've always wondered about this place I've drove by it a couple times and saw the iconic cup on the roof.
I grew up seeing the cup, I hope it is always there.

Can I have some advice on what to look out for and should I even go there?
First floor had an active business, but I also beleive work has started to conver it into apartments.
Would you recommend still trying to explore this place in 2023? Anything to specifically look out for?
There was a bussiness operating on the first floor. Not sure if they still are or not.
The city sued the previous owner and is now trying to turn it into an apartment building. They now have security guards and barbed wire. It's really a shame because us locals loved to explore this place.
What’s the best way to get in to get on the roof I live like 5 minutes from here lol
Nothing that I can recommend, the lower level is occupied by a business.
Same
