ignite = free +1 combat spell
rengar has = EMP Q + q + e + w + EMP Q + ignite = 6 combat spells at lvl 3 and naturally stronger earlygame than hecarim
hecarim has = 3 high cd 0 damage spells + flash so literally nothing early
