I got so nostalgic while editing this and while watching the movie, you have no idea. I used to love the Tomb Raider games when I was a kid, we used to play it with my cousins and I still love to play the newest ones. I was a little bit scared of this movie because I've always adored Angelina as Lara, but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. Alicia is so good, and so beautiful! New favorite actress and a female character right there. :')

Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised by Alicia’s performance too - couldn’t think about anyone playing Lara exept Angelina, but Alicia did very well on showing this new young Lara who’s only at the beginning of her tomb raider way.
And i think it’s cool how many game elements they kept in the actual movie (the waterfall scene!), pretty much the reboot we deserve :)
P.S. Sorry for bothering with a long comment, i just saw movie yesterday and a bit overwhelmed with emotions, lol
