In case you didn’t know, an air pump is a tool.

    Good call buddy.
This is becoming a regular occrance with aerosols that never used to happen has got me thinking that it's a deliberate ploy by cooperate accountants for people to buy more.

What about refilling it with liquid when it becomes empty

Don’t spray your garage door tracks, spray the rollers and hinges

Compressor is much better. No pause and liquid getting out. I tried 2 bar because I was afraid more. It does not spray to far but enough to do my job. And if I need, I can repeat the procedure very easy.

There is an easier way that doesn't make as much mess . Find a piece of rubber hose with id matching the cans valve.Cut a small piece and put it over the cans plastic valve . Find an air chuck that fits inside the rubber hose and push in while you pump.

What about the cans that have the little stem on the sprayer nozzle, not sticking out of the can?

I’ve got two wd 40 cans where the air is gone but still lots of fluid. Do they make them so the air leaks out? It would seem so.

I think it's intentional, every can I buy runs out of air 1/2 way through.

Great idea. But you said no tools. The bicycle pump is a tool. Awesome hack.

What about if you hold the can upside down while filling with air?

Try a valve stem and air compressor

  • @danielbowedeserteagle9249

An air pump is a tool,an air valve used to refill a basketball is also a tool,on earth, but thanks anyway

That's an awkward sloppy way. The rubber valve stem method is far superior.

How do you know the correct pressure to fill the can? If it is too much air, it could easily explode. No thank. I"d rather buy an new can.
