As I’m walking too the storage unit I hear a commotion above me; what do I see when I look up but a little Gull holding a pizza crust in his beak. The other gulls know this, and their diving at him. They also want the crust, but does Gully give in?? No! He weaves and bobs, Bob’s and weaves, and in the end…I see him fly away, crust still all his. I think about this a lot…so inspiring 🥺 That Gull is my hero
I’m laughing so hard from that one seagull at 0:23 that lands near the pizza, walks a couple of steps up to it, and then when it stands in front of the pizza just jumps and flies back up again 😂😂😂
@@bracebrooks967 sadly when you are kind to other people they think you are weak , there are also people who dont want to earn anything but think they are entitled to everything in life for free. At least these wild birds appreciate the food while a person would have complained about the flavor or temperature !

I don't take it for granted when one who doesn't know me will do something to make me happy. And yes some people do feel entitled to what they want or would beg for hand-outs rather than work for what they need or want. But seagulls are some greedy, annoying birds who even steal young baby birds from their parents to eat so I can't feel sympathetic towards them either.
Back in the 80s at Aqueduct Racetrack in NY, which always had tons of gulls hanging out, we put a large order of nacho chips covered in that liquid cheese sauce on the ground. Within seconds at least 50 gulls devoured the nachos fighting for the scraps and half of them were covered in the cheese sauce. Funniest thing we ever saw.

The bird body form a lump of flesh and skin (hence why you see the "deformed feet" )to try to stop the bleeding and heal the wound.
There's many many reasons like humans all animals can be born with any disabilities mostly genetically and her Hereditary including deformities ie parts or full limb or limbs deformed, gnarled and bent awkwardly inwards or born with missing limbs or just toes but very sadly selfish disrespectful humans go to beach or park or similar have barbeque or picnic etc these animals go for the scraps severely scalding and burning themselves or being trapped in wire, threads, plastic, even catching themselves on razor sharp objects and booby traps its incredibly very very sad by time they are found maimed, injured etc its either far to late died of there injuries and or blood poisoning, other infections and shock due to horrendrous agonising pain and blood loss or if still alive the limb or wing can't be saved in most cases they manage if its part of foot but if its wing then sadly they have to be euthanised and put to sleep. Another sickening thing is there next generation offspring are born on nest of rubbish even fed the rubbish chicks and other baby animals die in there hundreds if not there thousands every year with blocked stomach, throat and intestines which are crammed full of waste I really do wish people were more considerate and bin it or recycle it no wonder animals are becoming extinct so incredibly very shameful really is it really hurts me seeing animals suffer due to humans ignorance
I made a wedding cake for them, took three rolls of film, eating it. Some of the pics I have used I my videos! The pigeons didn't get any cake because the seagulls lived in that park! Beautiful photos of seagulls.

I always buy them a slice and throw the whole thing for them. one grabs it, flies very high with 30 others chasing him, he fumbles and drops it, another one grabs it mid air, pizza rips, pizza falls to the ground while 10 others still chasing the other half, 20 seagulls dive bomb to get the ground pizza and the cycle continues till its completely gone. what can be more entertaining then to feed the seagulls? I also love watching a seagull go through someones bag and steal some sleeping persons food
The seagulls in Galveston are a hungry bunch. Back when I lived there, I used to feed them bags of bird feed and nuts. I would usually be faced with a wall of seagulls awaiting the next handful. I had to trick the most aggressive ones by throwing stuff in different directions, because otherwise the old and weak ones would get nothing. I would have recommended cutting the pizza into a 100 or 200 little pieces and then scattering them all over, so that there would be less fighting and more equal distribution. Just IMHO.
After finishing my dinner of spaghetti 🍝 I didnt eat much of my Dinner so I feed it to the birds. And seems to be the seagulls love it second it outside I go on their already their. Then you see a few taken a bite and just one of them makes them back off. I saw it all. Kinda wanna record it..
They deserve a free meal every once in a while. Beautiful birds, & they do a great job of cleaning up scraps & keeping the environment clean & tidy.

That’s what happened to me several times when I fed them pizza! My father’s cousin Keith almost lost a slice to seagulls.

Seagulls will eat ANYTHING they find. That's why it's not good to litter on the beach. I've seen birds out trash in their nests, and it poisons them.
