- I'm back home in southern California! In this vlog i'll show you a day in my life at home, training for the Paris 2024 Olympics, where I'll be competing for Team Great Britain in skateboarding park. I have an amazing crew of friends with me on this journey who I've been training with everyday.

Sky Brown represented Great Britain (UK) in the 2021 Tokyo Summer Olympics receiving a Bronze medal; she was truly skating for the world. Sky hopes to continue making history while inspiring young girls and women across the world to reach for their dreams and become unstoppable. Sky also got a Gold Medal or first place in the 2021 X Games event.
Sky and Ocean post weekly vlogs on their CZcams channel, following their lives as skaters and surfers. When they’re not skating at the the skatepark or ripping waves in the ocean, they are using their platform to empower kids around the world through education and sports. Sky is an ambassador for Skateistan, Laureus, and has worked with many local organizations as well.
Sky won Dancing with the Stars Juniors, and has appeared with her brother on Little Big Shots, The Drew Barrymore Show, Kelly Clarkson show, Good Morning America GMA, Today Show, amongst many other press outlets. Sky has placed top 3 in global skateboarding and surfing contests including Dew Tour, Stab High, STU, ISO World Championships, amongst many others.

Hi Sky your hometown of San Clemente looks stunning, you, your dad and your friends are awesome skaters and surfers. You know how to have fun when you are not busy with promotion work, skate and surf competitions and school work. I`m training for the Olympics too. I ordered a big comfortable lazyboy chair and this year i`m gonna put the fridge in the living room close to me , so I dont have to leave the room and miss the olympics on tv. I have a lot of other things planned. LOL.
Ok I love the whole idea of surfing I can’t surf but when in HI I dated a couple and I loved watching her compete, I loved watching her surf period. I was a semi pro athlete in two sports hockey and cycling. It’s great seeing surfing as Olympic sports and I am jealous because unlike so many other sports we had very specific training days that were often not extremely fun or that enjoyable. We had many days off ice or off bike in the gym weight lifting or pushing our vo2 levels to its maximum. For cycling we would have countless hours indoors on the rollers just peddling in place starting at a wall or recorded video of some bicycle race. Surfers do go to the gym but the workouts are completely on a different more relaxed level and the rest of the training is in the water just doing what they love to do everyday. Relax and hang loose all the way to and through the Olympic competition.. lucky kids.

Omygosh! San Clemente is a nice town 🙂 T Street was my go to, had countless meals at Señor Pedro’s and Taco Bell, and the Stewart shop and the Reales took care of 99% my gear needs🌊

Sky... you have been my number 1 celebrity ever since I first saw you about 8 +/- years ago. I did all the research I could find all the way back to when you were in diapers wanting only your dads skateboard.
You REMAIN my #1 favorite athlete, spokesperson, etc., etc., etc.
Your skating and surfing continues to be even better than ever. And your hair looks GREAT and you continue to be SO PRETTY and still super sweet and good.
I greatly thank you for SO MUCH because you brought me out of depression around the time when I first saw you on CZcams (which IMMEDIATELY MADE ME SO SUPER HAPPY!!!).
