Another great tour. I love the south west coast. The road in front of the house would be a concern but it doesn't seem to be too busy. The house has an interesting layout but the decor needs a bit of refinement and updating for my taste. (It doesn't have to be too costly). The heat pump, solar panels & tesla battery bank should have been mentioned in the video too in my opinion because it's quite an investment and work has been already carried out, providing significant energy cost savings for the new owner.
As for those incredible views, I was really struck by the sight of brightly coloured cars on the street directly below and a wonderful view of the large noisy van as it trundled past. And behind the street and a few trees you could see the sea as well. Really awesome.

Dark and dingy entry with public toilets being the inspiration with the loo and cheap plywood not even used aesthetically. It looks Ike the owners decorated this - not anyone who has actually studied design. This was a crime against architecture. I couldn’t even watch all the way through.
Horrible and cheap. The owners would have been responsible for this monstrosity. Certainly no one with any design qualifications would ever take responsibility for this.
why is it called the whitehouse :) also seem to be pointing away from the best view over to the left. and also should have the living area upstairs so you can see the view without having to go upstairs. nice house just rotate it 45 degrees to the left :)

Reminiscent of Australian suburbia in the 80’s and early 90’s. A terrible decision was made and then repeated throughout the house.

i think it has no style glass plastic and a looks like an industrial mistake gone totally wrong. I hate it
