1st floor living room , kitchen ,Pooja unit, dinning area,and 1bed room with attached bath and toilet and 1powder room near dinning area.
2nd floor 2 bedrooms with attached bath and toilet and 1 master bedroom with walk in closet and 1 entertainment room .
3rd floor seating area for small get together and terrace garden all tanks are placed above for more space.1 storage room and small open kitchen for party purpose .thank you

One more thing AC is not suits us that's why please give balcony to each bedroom for placing a cooler or suggest a duct system.

भाई आपके प्लान्स लाजवाब होते हैं । प्लान के बारे में बताते समय मकान का फे स भी बताया करिए और वास्तु का भी ध्यान रखिये तो और अच्छा लगेगा।

Can you upload a video on a 1500 sq ft North facing corner plot, of dimension 30 * 35 feet, 3 bhk, and 1 room for an entertainment room, like where i can enjoy movies and all. Also i would like a lawn in the remaining area that's left from 1500 sq. ft. Duplex, ofcourse. And rest are your creativity.

3. ground complete parking and 2 floor. 2 gate for car and entry.
4. Margin: Noth side has 6 mtr road then gate, after gate 7 ft margin, east side margin 3 ft, south (rear) side margin 3 ft. west side having common wall.
5. straight stair from entry gate to 1st floor. we can use margin space for stair.
6. 1st floor hall with open kitchen and dining and small bedroom, hall having big french door on balcony. 7. double floor dining so that we can communicate with family members on 2nd floor.

Kala ko free me batne se kala ki beijaati hoti hai..... Highfy rates na le per kuch toh le liya kar mere bhai 400,500 rupay...... Jo log teri video dekhte hai jinke pass jameen hai itni or designer ghar banwana chahte hain wo itne bhi gareeb nahi ki kuch bhi fees na de payein..... Tumko aisa karte dekh kafi dukh hota hai bhai. Apne field ke saath aisa mat karo. Ye sab kaam le rahe hai tumse bas..
