I see that we've finally reached Koforidua. You've brought good memories to my mind- rice balls and palm nut soup, groundnut soup and fufu. I used to go to those chop bars when I was at University of Ghana.
I'm so glad it brought back memories. It is such a beautiful country. I have newfound appreciation for Ghana.

Koforifua is not a village. It is the capital of Eastern Region
We went with our hosts who were from there and grew up there. He told me we were going to his village. So to him, it was and is a village.

OmmaGOSH! I thought it was me discover a ting..... I prefer peanut butter stew MIXED with the palm stew... Hearing you say "palm butter" made me gagggg (that's a good thing... lol)..... I brought back turkeyberry and smoked fish from Ghana. I thought I was gonna go over there and lose weight just melting int he sun... but noooo Sah, iz gain mih gain weight!!! Too much fufu me did nyam.... 🤣🤣🤣
