Some people just yank the needle thru the hair to tight and break it off! Be gentle when sliding it up or down thru the hair, some hairdresser's only know style not protection

My only beef with the Bobbi Boss Locs is that the loop is too big and it looks weird at the roots, to me. Have you found a way to counter that?
Nice style...they do have crochet braids like this. This method may be faster than the actual wrapping method

I think u will cut it off from that glue or dissolve the glue with conditioner.tho too much stress
