You are a diligent worker yourself and posses a great many skills. I can see this location as a place for fine French dining. You could offer lodging and arrange trips for wine tasting and places of interest. Offer spa and message therapy. Just look at the Napa Sonoma region of Northern California. When comes time for bedroom suites you might vet those who follow your channel and have a competition for best remodel and design for a set of suites, just an idea.
