Allen, I know you’re young and I can see that you’re doing your best on this job, you’ll get even better with every job you do. One way you’ll enjoy your business even more is to take some time to train your your employees on how to do every aspect of their work. You’re the owner and the boss, and you probably enjoy working, but in my opinion it’s not good for your business if you’re on your knees working hard while you have 2 guys just standing around. That’s money coming straight off the top end. I’ve enjoyed your videos and I have no doubt you’ll be successful, but don’t throw your profits away. Good luck young man, I’m pulling for you. I know no mason will ever take advise from another 😂....but when I do swirls I do full outlines ...and I mean a absolutely perfect outline on every single swirl.....but when I do sidewalks....I start on the sides by my joints then end with or 4 swirls right down the center ....its hard to do it without good help from good finishers.....but I'll tell you right now my work stands out from any other rosette finish in my area....there's actually another guy that does it my way but he saw us do it first......I wish I could show you one of my pictures or videos....literally comes out perfect ❤.....nice work....also if I don't have enough help I'm not spending time on detail 😂
Your leaving those voids on your swirls thou....gotta pull them back make them round so the entire mag hits the surface. ..each their own but I can see all those spots that you pulled your mag off .

Why so sloppy! Take the time to do clean work and you won't have to worry about wall splatter.
