Religious monarchy is not the right word for Rashidun caliphate. As it was not hereditary, but Shura/consultation based election system.

Hazrat Abu Bakr RA became caliph due to a panic situation(his own words in Bukhari) Hazrat Umar RA was named caliph by hazrat Abu Bakr RA,there was a shura for the third caliph but if you read ahadis,it had a clear bias towards Umayyads,the fourth caliph Hazrat Ali RA came into power because no one else was willing to take that position including himself because of the chaos after the mob lynching and brutal murder of Hazrat Usman RA after starving him for days on charges of corruption and nepotism,which was followed immediately by two wars against well Muslims who rejected Hazrat Ali's caliphate,one against Amma Ayesha RA and the other against Muawiya..don't see much shura/consultation in that,safe to use the word monarchy which is not a haram or bad thing

ان عربوں نے پہلی مرتبہ سلطنت دیکھی تھی۔

Great topic. The system of governance by Hazrat Umar , is the only Islamic system, which was successful, and دور اندیش with regard to protecting the rights of "muslims".
What we usually call ریاست مدینہ ,people misunderstand that there were rules and mechanisms of governance during the time of Prophet pbuh, as it was just a small city state with a population of few thousands.
Hazrat Abubakar r spent his time controling and unifying the revolting groups, and never had time to do "governance".
Hazrat Umar was the one who had to deal with finance, police, military, tax collction and distribution (Hazrat Abubakar was establishing ذكوة tax as a necessary part, but its management was done at a scale applicable to our times was done by Hazrat Umar.
It would be interesting if in the end, you can touch up changes brought in by Hazrat Usman r to the policies of Hazrat Umar, which eventually resulted in first fitna. Though I will be careful not to dig deep, and leave enough untold, for the apologetics to defend the policies of Hazrat Usman and feel good, rather than labeling you with toheen sahaba.

Policies of Hazrat Usman RA were different from Hazrat Umar RA definitely because former was lenient and later was strict. These are traits found in general public either of these are not bad. Based kn the policies you can’t judge someone’s level of piety. If Hazrat Muhammad SAW chose him as one of his best companion then who we are to challenge that.

Btw its sustainable financial system and conquest strategies were wholly different. It was how to maintain any new land of conquest and people.
For the conquest point Arab Strategy was fast charging/ raiding cavalry and desert tactics to attract the counterpart in desert and then fight. These strategies of conquest were mainly developed by Hazrat Khalid Bin Walid, Hazrat Saad Bin Waqas and Kaka bin Al Amr. Moreover Arabs were so enthusiastic to see the first fight amongst Commanders of both sides. Meanwhile a great video. But requesting you to change the title.
By system, I don’t mean their mode of fighting. But how the financial and economic system created in order to promote conquest and as a result of conquest.

Some sahaba had not heard of this hadith were practicing mutah at Hazrat Umar's time, thus Umar reiterated the Islamic Ruling and strictly emphasized it

Now this is against the notion that Islam lacks a comprehensive system or the concept of a state (3:50).
My point has never been that Muslims didn’t develop a political and economic system. My point is that this political and economic system continues to change with changed objective conditions and that we should remain open to this change in order to progress.

Hazrat Umer Farooq Razi Allah u Anhu is the second Khalifa of islam. The one who does not give him respect by heart and try to count his achievements as "Mistakes" is not a Muslim.
Where is contemporary history, all this history is based on Islamic sources. Being Muslim, i believe in it but it doest stand the scrutiny of modern history. There is another problem, zakat rate on income is @2.5% which has no historical basis. Plz ask Illyas saheb.

Disagreement is a common thing which can happen even between them but that’s fine because they didn’t hold grudge with each other rather pray for each other. Also when you research something make it credible by verifying it from 3-4 independent sources otherwise it has no value.

اس کے بعد مجوسیوں نے سیدنا علی کو کوفے میں خوب ستایا اور لعنت پائی پھر سیدنا حسن کو ستایا پھر سیدنا حسین کو کوفے بلا کر دھوکے سے قتل کروایا ۔۔۔
مجوسیوں نے اسلام کے ٹکرے ٹکرے کرنے میں کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑی۔۔۔
ہر دشمن اسلام کا ساتھ دیا صرف اور صرف فارس کی جلن میں۔۔۔
ہر وہ صحابی جو فارس کو شکست دینے، فوجیں بھیجنے میں شامل ہے مجوسیوں نے اس کے خلاف تاریخ لکھی ہوئی ہے، ابوبکر، عمر، عثمان، سعد بن ابی وقاص ، مغیرہ ابن شعبہ، خالد بن ولید ، یہ سب سلطنت فارس کو نقصان پہنچانے میں شامل رہے۔۔۔۔ ان پر مجوسی آج تک اپنے بادشاہ کی طرح لعنت کر کے خود کو تسلی دے رہے ہیں۔۔۔ ورنہ سیدنا علی اور انکی فیملی کا مجوس کو کیا غم؟؟ یہ سب تو عرب تھے ۔۔۔۔ عربوں سے تو ایرانی ویسے بھی جلتے ہیں سلطنت کی یاد میں۔۔۔
پاکستان میں سید ہونے کے دعویدار سعودیہ کے مطابق مجوسی ہیں وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ان کی کالی شکلیں دیکھو اور ایران سے محبت دیکھو یہ پکے مجوس نسل ہیں اور سلطنت کی جلن میں عربوں کو گالیاں دیتے ہیں۔

Of course there has to be some agriculture. Otherwise people will starve to death. But it was extremely small scale in comparison to Iraq, Egypt and Syria. This is the Fertile Crescent. The birth place of the agricultural revolution.
