Do these line strategies work for Franchise mode, when you let your CPU play vs the CPU opponent? The title doesn't say HUT in it, so I clicked on it only to find out it's for HUT. I've watched some other videos and I really love your channel and the way you present things. You're so pleasant, smiling and well-spoken. 🙂
I'm div 2 and I tried your strats after seeing your video, because I play agressive too and I feel like my system was too conservative. The thing is, tight point? Most good players just wait behind your net, why not at least staggered? I want to hear more about this.
Thanks for the sub and I appreciate your comments, you're thinking exactly correct because I have three videos breaking it all down. It has to do with changing players and taking away lanes, it took me a while to get down but after a while I found out how to work it. Just wondering if you could create a video that speaks on all strategies and show examples of them? Also, when would be the best time to use different faceoff strategies? Aggressive or neutral, etc?
Thanks for the Video and merry Christmas. Why are you put the slider on full dump for your O-Lines? What is the difference to carry? I mean especially the Position and Moving of the players.
Merry Christmas, thank you for watching the video! I like putting it on dump because my players get in better position and more aggressive to chase into the zone. I found there is a slight difference when doing so, give it a shot and let me know what you think!
Hey Austin, thank you!! I'm in Div 2 currently, go back and forth between 1 & 2. I was struggling in the beginning playing too passive I fell to Div 3 and made the changes you see in this video. I get 14-16 typically when I can play all of the champs games.
Awesome video... my offence and defence never seem to move much for years.. forward stares at goalie after shot.. no ai check... tried every strat seems always the same... could it be internet... even though i upgraded everything... help please
Thank you.. love the game but my guys never act like opposing team.. consistently other team always in position .my team is never and as i said they wilk stare at opposing goalie
Slightly hold down (RT) or pass, and flick the right thumb stick where you want your lob to go. The slower you flick the thumb stick the higher it will go
@@TwoManAdvantage same and I switched to ps5 yesterday and I was so scared at the beginning because I got the starter pack with silver and some golds and one xfactor
@@rottensnot XF? I would take Ovi but I have them both on my team, I would buy price in the auction house because he's cheaper than ovi and take ovi in the pack, but either way it's a W.
Appreciate this. As my team has improved since launch, the early strats are no longer working especially on defense
Of course, I'm with you. My team felt sluggish after a while and I felt they weren't in position to control the game.
I feel like everyone was using “behind the net” for that wraparound goal but now that everyone is defending it ppl are changing play styles

This may seem odd… but what would be your team strategy/ offensive & defensive line strategy for cpu vs cpu
Really interesting video! I subscribed. The only thing though, with the way people play, I think using tight point requires a lot more explanation.

@@montroyal7611 I've used tight point over the last month or so, all of the examples you see in the videos since December I've used tight point.

Well tight point aggresive if connection is not ideal or opponent is good with holding puck will result in many goals
If you manually use your switch players and keep them out of the slot I find it easy to keep them from the front of the net.
@@TwoManAdvantage Yes i agree but of connect is not good you re done 😀, however tight point high press is fantastic strategy if u have good connection

Thank you Joseph! Try these out, they ramp up everything for your team, otherwise it must be connection of some sort.

@@josephcurran7778 Hopefully these strats will help, I found moving the puck intentionally with passing often gets them in better position as well

Do I have to edit strategy before every game? They only have it when I load the screen up
Go to manage lineups in the my team tab of the HUT menu, you can edit the strats there so they don't reset after each game

How do you do the lob pass?
