I love ELF I used to ONLY buy high end and luxury but then a friend turned me onto ELF and it opened me to other drugstore makeup and now I’m saving lots of money lol. Only place I still spend the big bucks is eyeshadow I’m definitely a high end eyeshadow girly. Thanks for all your info and input and all the hard work you put into these videos❤

Drugstore has come a long way, give them a good chance. I'm the opposite, I only buy drugstore brands, because I can find everything I need at under $20, and it all expires regardless of the price tag.

I agree they could use more foundations. They used to have a really nice serum foundation, the Beautifully Bare foundation. It was a bit ahead of its time. They could bring it back under new marketing with skin tints so popular now.

I love so many Elf products...hydrating camo concealer, flawless finish foundation, camo powder foundation, srsly satin lipsticks, sheer lip slicks, primer infused bronzers and blushes, putty primer, new classics eyeshadow palette, bite size eyeshadow palettes and cheek palettes, brow pomade, brushes.
I love the elf Halo Glow pink powder! I bought it months ago when pink powders started gaining popularity and I love it. It is unscented, unlike the higher end brands (Huda, Givenchy, etc.) and it is so soft and finely milled!
I love me a good e.l.f. video. I have a sentimental attachment to e.l.f. When I couldn’t afford high end products, I could afford e.l.f. and still use it. I got my daughter started on makeup with e.l.f. I wish they would come back with the acne fighting foundation. Even with dry skin, I loved that foundation.
I love that so much! That was definitely the case for me as well. I remember when they have their $1 and $3 lines!
I got the CC cream because I heard it was a dupe for the It cosmetics one... I couldn't disagree more imo. It's so full coverage that I feel like if I don't use a sponge or mix it in with something it looks really cakey and heavy. I want to love it!

I’ve had it cosmetics before and elf is definitely even higher coverage, less oily and has to be applied in small amounts, with a sponge. I wouldn’t call it a dupe.

Elf has great skin care! Their moisturizers are so good, the Nourishing night cream is so great. If you haven't tried any yet definitely worth it.
Now you got me on elf website checking the skin care lol. Have u tried the retinol? I’m turning 43 and probably should start incorporating that in my routine.
Haven't tried the retinol yet, I am using one from a different company but when I'm done with it I am going to try it. I would recommend starting with the holy hydration and nourishing night cream.

I went shopping for cosmetics this Monday I bought number 7 lift and illuminate foundation I do have very dry skin and thought it would be a good choice as I wouldn't need to powder when I applied it on my skin it was dead flat matt which wasn't a good look I went back to the store and purchased the elf halo glow to mix with they didn't have the spf it was out of stock I bought 2 of the elf illuminate blushes and the difference these make has saved the foundation I was made awear of these products through your channel the information and knowledge you spread with your channel is priceless thankyou for looking for and trying all these products it's a life saver xx

Some of my favorite ELF products that I think people sleep on are the brushes. I have quite a few and would put them up against my more expensive brushes any day. The foundation blending brush and stippling brushes are my favorite.
I feel like your hair grows really fast, and I thought *mine* did 😯 But I love the combo of makeup and black top/gold necklace. I know it's too early, but it really looks like a late summer/early fall vibe! Like the *most subtle* witchy look ever 😍I could see it with an even smokier eye too. 🖤

Elf is the only drugstore brand I use, they made great quality stuff.
I have also decluttered all my other powder foundations. I have just repurchased my third one.
The new makeup remover didn't remove my waterproof mascara and burned my eyes horribly. I definitely would pass. I didn't think I would like the invisible primer, but I do like it more than the glowy one. Who knew. Lol
Same. I just recently bought it (as well as the Walmart brand) and the ELF did the same burned the crap out of my eyes after a good shaking too. The equate brand WOW it reminded me of the Clinique big time.

That’s true about makeup. I remember trying a CoverGirl foundation that EVERYONE raved about but I absolutely hated it so much I threw it in the bin. 😂
That definitely happens to me more often that I would like haha!
The power grip is water based so I only wear it with water based foundations. So I'm excited to try the liquid poreless because most foundations are silicone based and this will be compatible.
Yes! I know a lot of people say the Power Grip causes a lot of their foundations to separate so I think this could be more ideal to pair with different formulas. I hope you love it as much as I do!
I hate the lash n roll. It is a dupe for Benefit’s mascara but I didn’t like that one either. I just want a dupe for Badgal Bang!
I feel like at the rate they've been duping things, we could definitely see that one in the future!

The O face lipsticks are chefs kiss… I’m sure I’ll never buy high end satin lipsticks again and the new triangle lip pencils are pretty impressive too!
I have very dry sensitive skin. I love the powder foundation. I can wear it as a foundation with no problems. Very unusual for me.

The putty primer did work for my combination skin
I usually buy a lot of black owned brands (mented has me in a choke hold), but I cannot shut up about ELF. My only complaint would be they've been discontinuing products that I love.
Mented lip products are some of my favorites! I've been a big fan of Ami Colé lately too! I agree though- it's frustrating when a brand discontinues some of your favorites.

Terrific video . I enjoy elf makeup however in Australia it's one of the most expensive drugstore makeup. Cc Camo cream is $35 each and in the end I had to buy 2 shades to get my correct colour
I thought I was the only one who was disappointed in the glow wands.. I thought they were terrible! I used to love elf in high school, but as I'm getting older I just do not understand the hype of their products anymore. I feel like they only go "viral" because they're affordable, not because they're actually good.
Oh! I loved the cookies n dreams collection lip exfoliator! Had a video on the collection, not my fave eyeshadow pallet but the glosses were great!

Now I realize why I could not find the lip exfoliator the last three or so times I tried looking for it. I’m glad the changed the packaging because before the bullet would usually break.
I found the whoa glow sunscreen very greasy and couldn't put makeup over it. I used a quarter of a teaspoon as recommended but I hated the finish, maybe I put too much on. I really wanted to love it.
That happened to me the first few times I used it too! I feel like it’s a little better if you work in layers and really blend it in and then go in with another layer and blend that in separately!

Unfortunately the whoa glow broke me out. I enjoy the power grip. I do enjoy most elf products that I truly love and repurchase but the new launches just don't excite me so they didn't work for me. Besides the contour wand I didn't care for the blush or highlighter
I hope elf comes out with the liquid putty primer in matte and new foundations like a tinted moisturizer 🤞

I'm not a hard core e.l.f. fan but I do like most products I've tried, I was excited to try the Whoa Glow sunscreen since pretty much everybody seem to like it, I finally tried it this morning and... 😳 it's awful!!! to say I ended up looking like the tin man is an understatement, I have dry skin and lean towards more on the dewy/glowy finish side but this is waaaay too much! almost a metallic-like finish 🙅♀️ I had to take it off, there's no way I'm gonna walk around looking like a disco ball... unfortunately it's too late to return it so to the trash it goes 🗑️😬 am I the only one that didn't like it?
I found the hydrating core lipsticks very drying too
I thought I was crazy for thinking the elf wands were not good while everyone was raving about them. Glad someone else thinks the same.
I have dry skin so I really like the way Hourglass powder looks on me. I am always scared to try a different one. For the pricepoint alone going to try the Elf one. If it does not work for me it is literally $8.oo...
I hope it will work well for you! Honestly, I'm always shocked by how good it looks on the skin because most powders end up looking so powdery!
I wonder how the elf liquid putty primer compares to the one size secure the blur?
I really want to try quite a few products from One Size because it seems like they make a lot of great options for oily skin! I'll definitely keep you posted once I get the chance to try it out.

aw man, was hoping the contour wands would rival milk's but patchiness is my pet peeve too! I know you've mentioned this a few times in recent videos, but which drugstore lip liner would you recommend?
I know I was so sad they didn't work for me! I really love the NYX Line Loud liners, the LA Girl Shockwave liners, and ColourPop's Lippie Pencils!

I tried that CC powder foundation from them, but the color I got leans way too yellow. I cannot return it anymore. Any ideas on how to use that product in other ways? I don't want to throw it away and I don't know anyone that the foundation color would fit
have you tried the elf face gel cream in the purple jar? if you did what are your thoughts on it? will you recommend?
I actually don’t know if I have tried that one! I will have to pick it up and see how it compares to some of their other skincare products I love!
I’m so sad about the rebranding of the lip exfoliators! I loved the original packaging with the included lip mask at the bottom, I felt like that was a little secret bonus and now that it’s gone and lip stain packaging over boxy lipstick packaging I hate it ):
I completely agree about the wands! Especially the highlighter and the bronzer, they are awful! The CC cream is also a no-go for me.. Too thick, very dry...ick!
Andrea, compared 2 the HD powder from ELF, does Halo Glow keep oils @ bay as well or should I not buy Halo Glow?? I'm more combo skin when I was VERY dry.
I would say the HD powder is more mattifying than Halo Glow! My skin gets more oily with Halo Glow by the end the day!

Elf's skincare is great. Their Pure Skin Moisturizer is heavenly. And I like everything I've tried in their Holy Hydration line.
I actually don't think I've tried that moisturizer so I'm going to have to check it out!
