@@iraquianoI’ve only been in a setting of lay people competing ngondro and this definitely isn’t traditional though my Rinpoche approves of this - buy a handheld counter and just click it with each prostration. You can use a 108 mala of course though many find it hard for it not to touch the floor, which you don’t want as you traditionally then need to cleanse it. That isn’t much though it takes time and take your mind away from your practice. I hope this helps 🙏🏻

I remember when I used to promise people on CZcams comments that christian gospel is the only way 😅 Several years later my devotion to God simply grew into the Mahayana path which has made my life and practice blossom. Both are good and true but what matters is in your heart. Don't push aside the possibility that the bible can be an introduction to other Bibles from India and Tibet 😊
