Learn to fight. I learned to fight at 5’7” and I don’t see myself as short anymore. It also made me super whimsical and extroverted without having a chip on my shoulder

There was a mental limitation to it that was self imposed.
There’s a size of how you present yourself that makes people like you. Male confidence is almost entirely tied to fighting and physical competence so that’s how you have to cultivate your self image.

Now that my body gets better (a lot to go still) I sometimes feel better - but i often have the feeling like people think: "u small anyway doesnt matter" - i was on a date and i got joked for my height.. like i mean it was only jokes but i knew there was sth behind that for example

He said it in the podcast already. Even if he was 6’3, if he hadn’t become the best version of himself, he wouldn’t even be giving ANY advice in podcasts. Whether you’re 5’2 or 6’2, everybody should strive to become the best version of themselves, because you can’t change the cards god has given you, this is what you’re born with and you can’t change anything about it. You commenting this on a video clearly shows you’re asinine, and you just look at life one way.

If you are all ready above the age of 18 and haven't gotten any significant growth to your height that will likley be your permanent curtilage. And best thing to do is to focus on changing something you can instead of repeatedly groaning about the things you have very minor control over. Coaches, will automatically rule most athletes out because of their height. You say focus on fixing the things you can fix, but what if I told you fixing those things means nothing because people will still base their assumptions off the way you look. Which is fine, I except it. I just think it’s hilarious hearing somebody give advice about something they themselves have never been or went through. Your point means nothing. Listen it’s easier to become the best version of yourself when everyone is complementing you on something you did absolutely nothing for while short guys are passive aggressively bullied basically their whole life. Same thing for being attractive. You get praised for being my attractive it makes it easier to become more attractive. Being an ugly kid or fat kid or a short kid can fuck up your whole life.

if you are tall people treat you better you biologically and psychologically have more power than shorter people and because of that people take you more seriously and you become more confident you are less likely to get bullied in your highschool years which means you dont deal with mental problems when youre older because of all that you become more social and because all of that you can make money easier and get women and more stuff
