Whip to stiff peaks. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and whisk on low speed until combined. Add lemon juice and mix until combined. Transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Take out of freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.

Remember that 🍋 ice cream is not supposed to be all that sweet - but mostly tart and lemony most of all. But if you want it sweeter add more sugar to your satisfaction. 😊 It's a good thing. 😊
Maybe they meant without additives or artificial flavours. Not everybody has diabetes, or is aggravated by sugar and fat. One-two scoops of this kind of ice-cream doesn't necessarily affect everybody

Hi, Basically, if you don't use cream, then it's not ice cream. But, you can make "nice cream", pretty good and healthy alternative to ice cream. Or, you can try cottage cheese ice cream. You can find both recipes on my channel 😊

I did it once but without condeset milk.and when l pured dhe lemon juice the cream turned like yogurt .got fermented .can you tell me why please .

I would suggest using good quality vanilla bean paste or fresh vanilla bean.
