Yes, Ibis has a max size of 4000x4000 and medibang of 7000x7000 iirc so it would work in both.

You cant really use them on ibis paint because it’s an png and Ibis dosent allow png’s
Uhm, no? Pngs are actually one of few file types that are accepted by IBIS. If your IBIS software is not able to open the most commonly used image file type, then there's a problem with your software.
