How to Make the BEST California Burrito | Carne Asada with Fries and Guacamole

Today I’m going to share with you how to make the best CALIFORNIA BURRITO, let me tell you this burrito is my favorite burrito to ordrer at my local fast food Mexican food restaurant! most of the time the French fries are cold, and soggy and the meat is chewy and flavorless, thats why I prefer to make my own at home its 100x much better 😅 hope you enjoy it just as much!!!!!!!! Perfect for all my busy mommy’s and dads. Tip: make sure your raw french fries soak in cold water for at least 1 hour, or overnight, in the refrigerator! The longer the crispier your fries will be 😀
Also allow your meat to marinade for at least 1 hour for your meat to be more flavorful
Ingredients:
3 lbs flap, flank, skirt or ranchera (chopped)
Russet potatoes, thin sliced French fries
Large burrito tortillas
Mexican style blend cheese
1 lime
1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chef mérito steak & meat seasoning
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Guacamole:
3 large avocados
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 purple onion
Chile serrano I used 2
Chopped cilantro
1 lime
Garlic salt
Salt
Black pepper
1 serving of love 💕

Yes San Diego started it and also the Caine asada fries. Both are the best!
Personally I like to double wrap it since I have a lot of ingredient inside. Plus I like to put it seam side down in a frying pan to toast and seal the opening

Thank you for this video. My dude and I moved out of California a few years ago and man do we miss these burritos. Cant find them anywhere else. They sell "California" burritos out here with rice in them.....lol so thank you for making them the right way. I will be making this soon.
Is it the French fries that make it "California"? Where i live in Texas, "Burrito California" always seems to have rice, so i want to try it the real California way!

That said. I’m also in LA and do you remember the place called Pica Pica, Hollywood? Used to have the best burritos. Then they vanished, anyone know?
I know the pico was just tomatoes and little onions, no cilantro and rice was quick rice, etc. the cheese (almost sure it was cheddar (shredded) was part of the taste. Sure a bit Americano but still tasty.
