I really loved these songs they were so cute and refreshing just like NewJeans themselves lol I can't get over how cute they are and these songs are perfect for summer time coming up! Newjeans will release another double single this June 21st! ( Supernatural & Right Now ) it will also serve as their japanese debut but they would still promote the song in korea :)
They have an upcoming full album second half of 2024 😊❤

I'm very excited for their official Japanese debut! I'm sure it's gonna be amazing! And I wasn't aware of them releasing another album later this year! That makes me so happy☺️ as much as I enjoyed these I was sad it was only 2 songs haha

toxic lover and everything about leaving them and being done with the drama is actually theorised to be about hybe :P the animals perspective is meant to be the world just wathcing but not being able to do anything............. this tune is 'miami bass' as a fan of that genre from mid 90s this is right up their in top 5 fave newjeans tunes... bubblegum is way down the list although i really like that too

Lol it definitely has that vibe and I can now confirm I enjoyed How Sweet much more when I wasn't getting motion sick from the video but that's a personal problem lol I think I liked Bubblegum pop so much cuz it felt nostalgic of retro bubblegum pop which I really loved as a kid😅
Either way they sound really beautiful in both, and I love it when NewJeans shows off how versatile they are💕
