This is your decision Puddin so don’t worry about it. You can please some people some of the time but you can’t please all the people all the time. I like the concept myself. There might be someone who needs a frame for a model A that’s bent or rusted out so that fixes the problem with those purest. This is why so many of us would watch Puddin build about anything, just a good dude and a blast to watch.
I'm a huge Ford fan, but I love all the old cars whatever they are. I don't see any issues with changing engines ex. in builds. It's what makes them truly a one of a kind built to how you want it. I also like the stock Model A look, but to build a hot rod you have to have a nice start. Looking forward to seeing you make this car your own, and I know you already know this, but don't sweat those haters. I get where there coming from, but if it was my build I would build what makes me happy too. Very cool how you were so nice to that man by giving him his dream back. What an awesome thing to do. You just gave the sumday model A a free shelter for few years, and paid a little. But when you have the resources and a heart doing something like this is priceless. Sad to not be able to see you build that car, but still glad that it went back home.

PUDDIN PLZ READ THIS. For the last 4 years my HHR has had a bad exhaust leak. I had to do a cat delete when my old one clogged up and my pipe cracked. Watching your channel gave me the inspiration to " Get off my ass " and get to work. Thanks to you I bought a new cat pipe. I got it installed and now my car is quiet as a mouse. I didnt stop there, I went all out. new belts,alt, starter, wiper blades, seat and steering cover. I then wet sanded and buffed my headlights. My car is like new again all because you got me off my ass and back in the garage. THANK YOU PUDDIN !!!! I WANT A SHORT SLEEVE " Momma didnt raise no punk" shirt I'm watching the site for new shirts Thanks again !

hey puddin i have watched every video you have made. So entertaining that my wife even likes watching you. I grew up in the muscle car era and drove most of them as my dad was a car dealer. Im 72 now and its tough for me to do much wrenching but you do inspire me to do what i can. been wanting some kind of hot rod for awhile now and I came across an 05 mustang a couple weeks ago in near perfect condition for a steal of a price. she has a shacker hood, k&n cold air intake, headers, rebuilt trans with higher rpm stall speed converter, regeared to 3/73 gears, and adjustable shocks all around. the s197 model only had 300hp originally but she is pushing maybe 335 now. She is plenty fast for an old guy and a rocket on the hole shot. you sir are an awesome and generous human. Ill be watching

Honestly doing what you do just shows how much of a genuine person you are to give him your first shot at the car and then just give it to him. That’s awesome.

I'm 51 years of age and both a hotrod guy and restorer. There are still plenty of restored model A's to present to the coming generations. This one is YOURS! Do with it as you see fit. I don't care if you make a "doodle bug" tractor out of it. I'll watch the transformation. Liked and subscribed.

Gary making up his mind to sell his Model A, finding out you're wife worked with his wife, you buying the new Model A from him.
You know, Philanthropy, is, in my opinion, our way of paying our Tithes back to our savior. This can be done both in monetary and forms of services. I'm looking forward to this one for sure. I "had a 31 tudor sedan about 15 years ago then sold it. I did some base work then moved it on down the road. Still love those things but not the rat rods. What you did for that guy was really cool man.

I can honestly say "I LOVE THIS VIDEO" Puddin! You have every storyline needed to make a movie EXCEPT a fight scene, but that's quite alright because it looked like you were fighting that steering wheel enough 😂! It tickled my heart when you gave the Model A back to the owner.
