Diner-Style HOME FRIES/POTATO JOURNEY

My potato journey is still up, maybe until I finish all the potatoes i have. I will show you how i make my home fries were I learned it from my past job 19 years ago. Home fries are cubed or diced potatoes that are cooked in a skillet until they are brown and crisp on the outside and meltingly tender inside. It's a home style fries were usually serve in a Diner or Deli here at my place. If you haven't try this, make some and share it to your love ones.
