Nice villa, but as brokers say: 3 things determine the price the most:
1) Location.
2) Location.
3) Location.
And the location of that villa is in east Pattaya. Welcome to the everyday traffic jam into the centre.
I rather would buy something for the same money, but then beachfront, at Pratumnak.

The 2mil home is amazing.. but what does it cost to have staff there per month/year? Like a cook and someone to clean? Would they be live in or just come in for a few hours each day and say clean home, prepare meals? What is the monthly cost to live there? 2mil to buy it, but energy, pool upkeep, garden, etc? Also is ALL the furniture/tv/etc part of it? Or do you buy an empty home for 2mil and then have to buy all the rest to furnish it? Also what can you get for say, 150K or so?
For the 2 milion $ house you need a bunch of staff every day too:-)

Do you pay the $35,000 and only have to pay your own utilities or is there like a monthly fee for the building? Is that quality for 35,000 common or was that a deal that will probably go quickly? @@mactvtravel I'm 51 years old so a retirement VISA would be the best choice, I have to put 20 000 euros on a bank account and take an health insurance covering 100 000 $ ( is this still mandatory ? ) , is this the best option ?
