Yay! More apartments no one can afford.
A new luxury apartment doesn't make old luxury apartment more affordable. It brings up the price since apartment have this tendency of changing based on the average rent around them. So if a luxury apartment is more expensive, then the rest will raise their price accordingly. That is a huge problem!! America needs to move forward with the bill to force corporations sell out their single family house inventory.

The Superman Building is 428ft and this building though more floors would only be 300ft tall. I think the fire department will be just fine.
