1 tsp turmeric powder
Oil to fry
~Tsofi / fried turkey tails
350g Turkey tails
3 tbs of green marinates
~1/2 thumb size ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
A Handful of parsley
Homemade shrimp tablet
Salt to taste

A bunch of Roman salad
1/2 cucumber
2 medium size of tomatos
2 medium size red onions
2 medium size shredded carrots
Salad seasoning

1 tbs apple cider vinegar
