My favorite new park is REALLY hard to pick in 23. I visited Cedar Point, BGW, Knotts (during Boysenberry fest), Silver Dollar city, and Knoebels for the first time, lol.
I think my favorite trip was Knotts, but not sure I'd say favorite park.

My first big coaster trip(s) year. Fun, but tiring.

My favorite new park of 2023 is Michigan’s Adventure. My least favorite new park of 2023 is Michigan’s Adventure.

Michigan's Adventure is only bearable if you spend $50 for the flash pass and keep cutting the 3 hour line of Shivering Timbers

@@ronsblahblah I didn’t do fast lane, nor did I do ST. I only rode the small coasters. Other people in the group did ride ST, and they waited in a small line.

I enjoy hearing your thoughts on these parks. I do not know all of the coasters and rides that you mentioned, but often what you are showing does not seem to be what you are talking about. It would be helpful for future videos if you try to ensure the ride you are talking about is what you are showing.

I’ve been to well over 100 parks at this point and SDC makes my top 5.

As SFOG being my home park, the Ultra Surf is gonna be very exciting to see when it opens as it will be my first launch and spinning I will ever ride at the park. Too bad that the park itself is underrated even though it has a unique setting along with having a few of their coasters surounded by a pond or lake

You didn't go to Fun Spot while in Atlanta? Six Flags don't have bumper boats ;) ... My best of '23, of course #2 is Adventure Park USA.

Worlds of Fun is BADLY underappreciated from a theming perspective. I’d say only Knotts Berry Farm is the better themed Cedar Fair park..

Great Vid, those D-Bags at Silver Dollar City have an amazing park that everyone must see once. Praise Allah

With the list you visited SDC is unquestionably the best. It isn't my overall number one park but I wouldn't blame anyone if it was their personal favorite. I rank SDC well over any Six Flags or Cedar Fair park. The only parks I rank above SDC is a few Disney and Universal parks and it's tied with Dollywood and BGW (but I really love theming and dark rides so that's my preference.)
SDC is the park that I think most other parks should be trying to emulate. I think many enthusiasts understate how good SDC is because they focus so much on the coasters that they neglect to comment on how much other stuff there is to do there. It's one of those parks where teenagers can have a great time, little kids can have a great time and Grandma can be phenomenally entertained without just waiting for everyone on a bench.

I've been to four new theme parks this summer. From least favorite to best, they're Kentucky Kingdom, Indiana Beach, Dollywood, and Holiday World.
It was exciting to hear that you were at Valleyfair as that's my home park. Although, I have to disagree that their Soak City waterpark is the best in the Cedar Fair chain because I think it's the worst. With the exception of the raft slide and the tube slide built into the ground, all they are intense body slides. They don't have a good diversity among their slides, they have no room for expansion (that I know of), and it feels like a smaller slide amount compared to what's found at other waterparks in the chain.
One last thing. Congrats on making it to Rome, but why didn't you visit any other parks in Italy like Gardaland or Mirabilandia?
