Sam Cunliffe (6-7, 180lb) "Sam I Am" Episode 2 (PART II) Documentary gives you an inside look of Sam's on and off the court grind that show nothing was given. Sam played for Bishop Blanchett his Junior season and started receiving offers from Colorado, Gonzaga, Utah, Washington and Washington State. Sam had displayed a quality skill level, healthy dose of athleticism and someone who can create his own shot. That caught the eye of Arizona State Head Coach Bobby Hurley. 06/10/2015 Sam became Bobby Hurley's first 2016 recruit.
Sam transferred to Rainier Beach his Senior season and averaged 23 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists per game, that helped Rainier Beach win the 3A State Championship and Player of the Year.

Austin Hennen Vigil couldn't agree more. The kid is talented, don't get me wrong, but he ain't shit yet. He showed his true colors bailing on his teammates at ASU only 10 games into the season. Very immature and soft in my opinion. Last time I checked, the greats are definitely not soft. I've watched every ASU game this year and he's got a lot of work to do. He plays no defense, doesn't play fast enough, and has awful body language when stuff doesn't go his way.
