When Harvey was saying well done to princess for cooking his breakfast and told her to give him a kiss, I laughed because it was so cute! Exactly what Katie says to him 🥰
dairy milk bar addict most children nowadays don’t have a fricking clue how to behave let alone know what manners are and how to use them!?! Most parents drag their children up and let them run wild. All of Katie’s, Pete’s and Kieran’s children are extremely well mannered! All my children are very well mannered despite my two youngest twins who are 6 years old are probably the most brutally honest children on the planet because they’ve all been raised to never tell lies apart from little white lies if they don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. My oldest four which includes another set of twins my oldest two either just nod their heads or change the subject if someone asks them something like “what do you think of my new haircut?” And it looks horrible small things like that Etc... is fine but my two youngest twins don’t even tell white lies, they tell you straight and in the most brutal way if they don’t like something!?! Both of them insulted their teacher after she asked all her students which included my two youngest “do you like my colorful jumper?” In one of their online zoom school lessons a few weeks ago and one of mine told her to “change it because she looked like something from Fragle Rock!” And all I heard was my husband and a bunch of 6-7 Year olds laughing their ass off. The only people who wasn’t laughing was their teacher, both my youngest and me who was stood there mortified and when I told them to apologize, I got the same answer I get all the time “no I’m not apologizing for doing what you tell us everyday so you can’t tell us off!” Which is true I can’t because they’re right And when I apologized for them the other one insulted the teacher even more by saying “why are you saying sorry for us? It’s true Miss looks ridiculous (a word they’ve picked up from their father and the older four because they’re always saying that word.) in that jumper and I’m not doing anymore school work until that jumper is gone because it hurts my eyes just looking at it!” Then he got up and just walked off and again the other children burst out laughing. I was absolutely speechless! And it’s not the first time family members, friends and anyone who knows the two youngest know not to ask them anything just incase they don’t like what they hear, I admit that I do laugh when strangers try talking to them and they go off on one. But they’re doing what they’ve been brought up like to always tell the truth. But one thing that they’ve always got and always say and use is their manners. So don’t sit there making out that all children get taught manners nowadays because they don’t!?! Most of them tell you to “fuck off” instead of a polite “hello” and things along them lines because they haven’t got a clue!?! So quit with yourself righteousness, get of that high horse and welcome to the real world. “All children know and have manners!” Yes but only the one’s that’s actually been taught them from an early age, by parents who actually give a damn about their children!?! Are my two youngest rude? Debatable because they’ve been raised to never tell lies or keep secrets. Are my youngest two brutal honest no matter who’s feelings they hurt by telling them the truth when they’re asked a question? Hell yes they are but they always greet me, their daddy, siblings, family, friends and people in general with “good morning/afternoon/evening and good bye!” Always ask politely if they want something, always ask “are you okay?” always say “please, thank you.” Always ask if they can be excused from the table when they’ve finished eating. And I could go on!?! My youngest two aren’t perfect but they always use their manners when they’re called for, most family’s nowadays don’t sit at the dinner table as a family and they all eat separately but not in our household they don’t. Every single meal from breakfast to evening dinner. We don’t eat infront of the television unless it’s a takeout and we’re all watching a movie which is something we do every other Friday along with the normal snacks that you’d eat if we was going to the movies. And they’re allowed to eat their in the middle snacks of chopped fruit and vegetables between meals infront of the television or whatever it is they’re doing if they’re hungry and ask for something to eat until it’s next family meal time. None of them are allowed to eat in their bedrooms something that not even me and my husband do. We don’t eat in our bedroom, they can take their drinks in their rooms because they always drink from their own individual cups. Are we a perfect family? Are we fuck but at least we try our Damned hardest to be something that’s lost with most of this generation!?! Nobody’s perfect, no family is perfect but there’s no excuses not to teach your children basic manners and I’ll say again most children nowadays don’t have manners despite what you think or say!?! 🙄
