Low cost way to grow water spinach | Water spinach second bud care

Usually, I saw people harvest Kang kong by pulling with the roots, that is so wasting. It can be cared for by new buds as I show you in the video. new buds usually take a quicker time to harvest than growing from the seed. growing Kang kong from the seeds take about 20 days to be harvestable but caring for new bud take only about 14 days to be a harvest.
according to my experience of the second harvest. the kang kong is softer to eat than the first time growing from the seeds.
Kang kong seed is available at agriculture store. before growing you should soaking in water for 4 hours. That is also ok to grow Kang kong from the seed without water soaking. some people grow Kang kong aquaponic or grow Kang kong aquarium. Kang kong grows like a weed in someplace. Kang kong can make a recipe like kangkong and tofu recipe, kang kong sardines, kangkong burger, kangkong chicken recipe, Kang kong deep fry, kangkong erwan, kangkong with eggs, kang kong fry rice, kang kong garlic, and etc..
The process of water spinach care
1. plug the rows 0:27
2. apply dry compost 0:35
3. bury the dry compost 0:45
4. apply hot compost 1:19
5. harvest 2:24
